The following provides a brief summary of key aspects of Bertelson Precast Corporation’s Shipping & Delivery policies.
Bertelson Precast Corporation will make every effort to accommodate reasonable shipping requests. All shipping lead times are approximate. The date payment is received determines the date that scheduling and lead times will begin. Changes or delays in receiving items provided by purchaser may affect lead time. Lead times do not include delivery/shipping. Additional charges will apply for dedicated trucks / deliveries / shipping. Bertelson Precast Corp. has no control over deliveries or shipping times by outside carriers.
Freight charges are prepaid and added to invoice or direct billed to customer when third-party delivery occurs. Fuel surcharges will be determined at time of shipment. All weights listed on an order are approximate and include packing material. On orders that require prepayment, a firm quote will be given at the time an order is placed. Due to variations or changes in state laws, all other orders will be given an estimate of sales tax, freight and fuel surcharges until date of shipment when the amount can be accurately calculated. Rush charges may be applicable.
