Sixty years and still growing strong, because we care about our customers’ success and we’re experts in the precast concrete design business.
Designs can be beautiful on paper, but don’t always “translate” well when it comes to building and execution. Since 1962, we’ve worked closely with General Contractors to evaluate design specifications and plans, look for savings that don’t sacrifice quality, performance or appearance, and the shorten installation process. As we like to say, we’re here to build relationships that benefit you and your project.

Otto Construction / SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity – Sacramento, CA
Otto Construction asked us to evaluate the custom-designed staircase design and specs in the Children’s Museum project plans. Our team reviewed the specs, and were able to recommend a series of cost- and labor-savings alternate options that preserved the look of the design. These included a change to wide-span stair treads and metal risers that were easier to install.
Rossin Steel, Inc. / Fashion Valley Mall – San Diego, CA
During an extensive renovation of the Fashion Valley Mall, we worked closely with the steel fabricator and general contractor to produce a large feature stairway, complete with compound curves, numerous handrail attachments, and a premium etched finish. Effective communication and attention to detail were essential to the successful completion of this project, which involved construction and deliveries exclusively during evening hours.
Bob Fowler, Owner / Morro Bay Landing – Morro Bay, CA
Morro Bay has been undergoing a renaissance in the past few years. Bob was renovating the mall buildings on the Landing which includes multiple seating areas, and was looking for benches, tables and trash/ash receptacles. We listened to his vision for functional yet stylish site furnishings and working closely with him, came up with the right look, including ADA compliant tables, that complimented the design as well as the overall marine ambiance of Morro Bay.
